"Wish You Knew" (original) by Doug and Dwight Newman - w/ Martin D-18 Vintage Model
This is a song my brother Dwight and I wrote. I'm performing it here at McCabe's Guitar Shop in Santa Monica, California using a Martin D-18 Vintage Model Guitar of theirs. I wrote the tune when I was living in St. Paul, Minnesota back in the early 80's. Dwight wrote most of the lyrics for in the late 80's and the bridge/instrumental part when he was living in Kansas City, Missouri. I have another take of the tune here that I recorded at McCabe's using a Martin 000-18 or a 00-18 - not really sure which one it was.

1965 Martin D 18 Guitar
Not for sale at this time. I just wanted to share some Martin guitar history. This was a local pawn shop find about an hour from where I live.
